PLEASUREš¤© is our birthright!
PLEASURE is a conscious practice which is not only sexual.
We experience many other forms of PLEASURE: sensual, emotional, mental and spiritual. Such as enjoying the feeling of warm sand between your toes; the sound of birdsong š¦early in the morning; a swim in a river on a hot day.
PLEASURE is what you deeply enjoy doing: playing with your grandchildren, a hug from a friend, or taking a walk with your dog. We are wired to experience PLEASURE.
PLEASURE makes us feel alive.
PLEASURE could also be sensual and sexual.
PLEASURE is being conscious of your beloved's touch on your skin, the sensation of a deep kiss, gazing into each otherās eyes, and YES, ultimately ORGASM!
PLEASURE is giving yourself time and permission to discover PLEASURE in your own body. We are responsible for our own PLEASURE, and we share this PLEASURE with our partner. PLEASURE is sacred š, joy, and power.
PLEASURE is Spirit.
PLEASURE is good for you. What happens when desire begins to wane when we age? We should return to PLEASURE!!!
Erotism is the feeling of aliveness in our bodies. Excitement! It is feeling life pulse through usš¦ Nature in herself is deeply erotic: bees seduced by a floweršŗ, branches swaying in the wind, dragonflies mating in heart-shaped wheels in the air; water lilies opening in sunlight;š· giving birth to life.
When you regularly practice gratitude for everything that makes you feel whole and alive, you become more conscious of PLEASURE.
We then begin to advocate for it! And claim it as our birthright! To discover more about your relationship to pleasure, reflect on these four questions:ā
What does pleasure mean to you?
What blocks pleasure in your life?
Where do you feel pleasure in your body?
Claim your birthright: PLEASURE!
