About Me
My journey, since my divorce made me fall in love with my true self and embrace my sensuality and sexuality as conscious and embodied. I discovered that bliss is my birthright and that my sexuality is a sacred life energy. I became confident to own and express my needs and desires, more enthusiastically. Consent is a YES! InnerLifeSkills Professional coaching processes and skills I subsequently trained in helped me to take responsibility for my life and my choices. Friends and family saw the changes in me and began confiding in me about their own emotional challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound knowledge and passion into a career as a professional life and intimacy coach.
Since 2018 have developed a keen interest in intimacy, sensuality and sexuality, and did various workshops and courses from both Western and Eastern paradigms. I have realised that intimacy and connection are of primary importance for holistic health and well-being. Only when I can be intimate with myself and connect with my truth, can I maturely connect with another. Intimacy involves owning my VULNERABILITY. Only when I know who I am and what I really, really want can I show up authentically in all my relationships. Sometimes shame, fear and guilt keep us armoured to be intimate with all of life. The good news is that we can heal, and change, and become empowered to live our deep YES to life, enthusiastically.
My work is done within the framework of spirituality, science, psychology and lived experience.

To inspire you to live a life of wholeness, meaning, and purpose as an embodied sexual being. I offer coaching, workshops, courses, inspiration, and conscious movement sessions grounded in spirituality, science, psychology, and lived experience.
My Story
Experience is the best teacher.
I am a woman, a lover, a mother, a grandmother, an academic, and a lifelong learner. I hold a PhD in the Philosophy of Education and am a trained InnerLife Skills Professional Coach and intimacy coach. My guidance is grounded in spirituality, science, psychology, and lived experience.
I am not a psychotherapist, sex therapist, or clinical sexologist. Instead, I guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself so you can live with a sense of lightness and freedom, unburdened by shame, fear, or guilt.

My Journey
After my divorce from a 35-year marriage, I’ve navigated heartbreak, loss, and growth. Through psychotherapy, workshops, e-courses, literature, and most importantly, life experiences, I’ve learned valuable lessons.
By becoming conscious of past wounds and patterns, I’ve integrated them into my life. I’ve cultivated authenticity, set healthy boundaries, and rediscovered how to feel and express pleasure with confidence.
I believe we cannot change what we do not acknowledge and that we are 100% responsible for our choices. Self-awareness is the key to becoming unstuck and making lasting changes.
