Conscious dance is an experiential practice where movement meets thoughtfully curated music—flowing, staccato, drumming, lyrical, and calm sounds—to guide you into a deeper connection with yourself.

Classes take place in a safe and supportive space where you can authentically and honestly express yourself. Through conscious movement, you’ll experience relaxation, introspection, creativity, joy, and passion. My trained facilitation, paired with carefully selected music, encourages you to move wherever your body, heart, thoughts, and spirit take you.
